Firm Overview

Steven Warshaw Gardner, was born in Walterboro, South Carolina in 1952. After early education Mr. Gardner graduated  from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree including studies in chemistry, biology and humanities.  Mr. Gardner studied law at the Potomac School of Law and received the distinction of membership of the Potomac School of Law Review.  Prior to and while in law school Mr. Gardner worked in the  trucking/transportation industry while performing outside extra curricular work assisting lawyers in Washington, DC. Mr. Gardner‘s experience in the trucking transportation industry includes experience as a safety manager, Vice President and President of Operations for an interstate trucking company. Through real world work experience Mr. Gardner gained valuable insight regarding the operational levels and the dynamics within large organizations.  Mr. Gardner oversaw operations, safety division and risk analysis. He observed the factors and results of negligent behavior and its consequences upon others.

Mr. Gardner then chartered operations of an interstate transportation brokerage firm. Mr. Gardner was admitted in 1979, prior to graduation from law school, to practice law in the State of Georgia, The United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, all state and superior courts of the State of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia.

In 1985, Mr. Gardner directed his time to concentrating his practice of law in the area of personal injury and workers' compensation only.  He is a member of  the State Bar of Georgia, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and GAPI, the Cobb Bar Association, the Workers Compensation Claimants Lawyers and other organizations.  Mr. Gardner pledges to represent only injured victims.  Mr. Gardner has represented hundreds of individuals who have suffered catastrophic injury resulting from the acts of others.  Mr. Gardner and attorneys associated with Mr. Gardner have represented clients throughout the State of Georgia involving automobile accidents, medical malpractice cases, workers' compensation cases, and varied injury cases.  Mr. Gardner and his attorneys are determined to aggressively recover the full fair amount of compensation for injuries sustained by their clients, no matter the size of the case or the type of opponent or insurance company.  He expresses to all that he has learned over hundreds of cases that experience, skill and a will to succeed results in success for our clients.  We are pleased that our reputation has grown and that our clients enjoy the success and satisfaction of receiving awards commensurate with their individual cases.  We pride ourselves on providing quality services regardless of the size of the case, large or small.  Mr. Gardner, or attorneys with whom he associates, have obtained high verdicts.  No law firm however can guarantee or predict actual outcomes.  Every case is different and results widely vary.
